Preparation Guide
Ceremonial matcha
Hot — Place one tea bag in a warmed bowl, add 150 ml of water at about 80°C, whisk or stir until frothy, and drink at once.
Iced matcha latte — Whisk one bag with a splash of warm water, pour over ice, and top with your choice of milk.
Rose, jujube & goji botanical tea
Hot — Steep one bag, covered, for 5–7 minutes in water just off the boil. Re-steep once more if you wish.
Iced — Steep two bags hot, chill, and pour over ice.
Dehydrated citrus
Drop two or three slices into the pot as your tea steeps, cover a slice with hot water for a clear infusion, or set one on the rim of a glass.
