Rose, Jujube & Goji: a Short Field Guide
Three botanicals, one soft amber cup.

Every ingredient in our botanical blend was chosen for what it gives the water — colour, perfume, roundness. None of it is decoration.
Rose petals carry the aroma. Steeped covered, they give the infusion a soft, almost powdery fragrance that sits on top of the cup rather than in it.
Jujube — the red date — is the body of the blend. It turns the water a gentle amber-red and lends a mellow, honeyed sweetness that needs no sugar beside it.
Goji berries brighten the edges. Slightly tart, faintly floral, they keep the cup from becoming heavy.
Steep one bag, covered, for five to seven minutes in water just off the boil. The second steeping is quieter than the first; some prefer it. The blend is caffeine-free, and we think it belongs in the last cup of the evening.
